Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return items purchased directly from our website, you may do so within 30 days from when you receive the goods. We provide full refunds through original payment method, excluding shipping charges on the order. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned/exchanged product.

Items must be returned unused, unopened and undamaged. Kindly return items in their original packaging. Duri reserves the right not to except returns, if items are compromised.
If you return your purchase after the 30 day period, we reserve the right to not offer a refund in full.
The Return / Exchange Process:
When returning, please follow these guidelines:
Eligible item (s) must be returned within 21 days of the item’s ship-date. Items must be returned unused, unopened and undamaged. Return items in their original packaging.
Retail customers – once your return/exchange item has been received and processed at our warehouse, you will receive full refund on a purchase (shipping charged are not refundable). Exchange shipping charges will apply.
Wholesale customers – once your return/exchange item has been received at our warehouse, we will process it and apply 25% restocking fee. The remaining balance will be refunded (shipping charges are not refundable). Exchange shipping charges will apply.
Non-Returnable items:
1. Lip-shine gloss
2. Nail files
3. Body care products: wax, waxing strips, etc.
4. Opened / used nail polish products

Shipping timelines:
Retail orders – If an order is placed after 3 pm ET, your package will ship the following day; if the order is placed on Friday after 2pm, it will not be shipped until Monday.
Wholesale orders are processed within 2-5 business days (if all items are in stock)
Duri ships small packages by USPS
Retail – flat rate of $3.99 per any order. Delivery time 1-5 business days.
